DAY 7 | VACHE KING — What Does Being SEEN Mean To You?

"You can be noticed and still not be SEEN."

Day 7 of the series brought us Vache King — a mighty woman of God with a word that stopped me in my tracks.

She talked about the difference between being noticed and truly being SEEN.

Being noticed is surface-level. It's the likes, the compliments, the recognition. People can see your output, your performance, your highlight reel — and still never know you.

But being SEEN? That's different.

It's someone looking beyond what's on the surface and recognizing the things underneath — the things people may never know are there. The weight you carry. The story behind the smile. The real you behind the role.

That's why I've been asking this question.

Because too many of us have settled for being noticed when what we actually need is to be SEEN.

Not for our performance. Not for what we produce. But for who we actually are.

What Does Being SEEN Mean To You?

This is the question at the heart of everything the SEEN Movement is building.

It's not a slogan. It's not branding. It's a real question that deserves a real answer — from you.

Because when you can answer it, something shifts. You stop chasing visibility and start pursuing identity. You stop performing and start living.

Thank you, Vache King, for sharing your heart. This is what the movement is made of.

What does being SEEN mean to you? Drop it in the comments. Your answer might be exactly what someone else needs to hear.

You were never invisible. You were always worth being SEEN.
