The Foundation of W23

Jo Lofton
Mother. Prayer Warrior. Foundation.
Before there was a brand, there were prayers.
W23 was built on faith long before it became apparel. The foundation of this movement is rooted in perseverance, belief, and a mother's unwavering trust in God. Jo Lofton represents that foundation — a steady voice of faith who reminds us that living your worship begins at home.
What did you tell Stephen during his hardest season?
“Keep praying and put God first in everything. When you lean on God for understanding, He will give you the answers you need. Don’t give up. Don’t let anything hold you back. Keep trusting Him. What God places in you is part of His plan — and His plan never fails.”
Why do you wear Wear Your Worship apparel?
“I don’t just wear it because he’s my son. I wear it because it represents my faith. When I put it on, I’m showing who I belong to and who I represent. It reminds me that it’s okay to display your belief boldly. And if it starts a conversation that leads someone closer to Christ, then it’s doing exactly what it was created to do.”
What’s your favorite design and why?
“Divine Energy is my favorite. God is divine — everything about Him is divine. We were created by Him and for His purpose. Because He lives inside of us, we carry His strength and power within us. He gives us the energy to walk out our faith daily. When we tap into that divine energy, we’re really tapping into God Himself.”
If someone feels invisible or is struggling in their faith, what would you tell them?
“God loves you, and He will never leave you. Trust Him. Even when you don’t understand what’s happening, He only wants the best for you. You are never unseen by Him.”
What does “living your faith out loud” mean to you?
“Living my faith out loud means standing firm and being bold about what I believe. I’m not ashamed to show my love for God or what He’s done in my life. I give Him all the glory and honor. He gave His Son, Jesus Christ, for me — and for all of us. If I can live in a way that helps bring someone closer to Him, then I’m doing my part.”

Faith didn’t start with a brand.
It started with belief.
