At Wear Your Worship, your satisfaction is our priority!
If you're not completely happy with your order, we'll make it right — no returns required.
Our Promise
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described (wrong color, wrong design printed, or incorrect item), simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll issue a full refund or replacement — no need to send the item back.
How It Works
- Email us at w23llc@wearworship.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If possible, include a photo of the item so we can review it quickly.
- Once we verify the issue, we'll process your refund or send a replacement — we'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Please Note
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at w23llc@wearworship.com.
- You don't need to return the product to receive a refund.
- This policy applies only to items purchased directly from Wear Your Worship.
- Sizing exchanges are not available for print-on-demand items, so please refer to our size guide before ordering.
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
