Even CEOs Want to Feel Seen
During the Unified Leadership Summit on August 21, 2026, Sherri Sladek shared something with me that reinforced why I'm building SEEN Leadership Coaching.
She talked about a reality we don't always acknowledge: CEOs and executives want to feel seen too.
Leadership can get lonely at the top. The higher you climb, the more people depend on you — but the fewer places you may have to be completely honest about what you're carrying. People see the position, the title, and the success, but they don't always see the person underneath it.
Sherri also encouraged me to continue developing SEEN Leadership Coaching because she believes leaders are yearning for this kind of space. Her words about what could happen once SEEN gains greater in-person exposure stuck with me:
"It's going to blow up."
For me, that wasn't just encouragement. It was confirmation.
