Some Conversations Change Your Life
Some conversations do not change your mind. They change your life.
My little brother, Marc Miller, and I sat down to talk about brotherhood, fatherhood, relationships, and why men need other men in their lives.
No pretending. No performances. Just two men having the kind of conversation more of us need to have.
Strong Men Are Not the Ones With All the Answers
We have been sold a lie about what strength looks like.
The lie says strong men handle it alone. Strong men do not need help. Strong men do not show weakness, do not ask questions, do not admit when they are struggling.
But sit in a car with your brother and be honest for an hour, and you realize fast that the strongest thing a man can do is real.
Strong men are not the ones who have all the answers. They are the ones willing to be honest, listen, and grow together.
What Men Actually Need to Talk About
Brotherhood. Fatherhood. Relationships. Purpose. The weight we carry and the masks we wear to hide it.
These are not soft topics. These are the conversations that determine the kind of father you are, the kind of leader you become, the kind of man your sons will model themselves after.
Most men never have these conversations because nobody created a space for them. We were never taught that it was okay to go there. So we stay surface level, talk about sports and work, and go home still carrying everything we walked in with.
That is not brotherhood. That is just proximity.
Real Brotherhood Changes You
When Marc and I sat down, we were not trying to have a perfect conversation. We were just being brothers. Honest. Present. Willing to say the things that are hard to say.
And that is exactly what real brotherhood looks like. Not a highlight reel. Not a performance. Just men showing up for each other without the mask.
That kind of connection does not just feel good. It makes you better. It makes you a better father, a better leader, a better man. Because you are no longer carrying it alone.
You do not have to walk this journey alone.
Find your people. Have the real conversations. Let them change you.
